Terms & Conditions — 4jlph Platform Rules and Player Agreement

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "You") and 4jlph (hereinafter "4jlph," "the Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 4jlph.cam.

By creating a 4jlph account, accessing the platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 4jlph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 4jlph, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot machine games, bingo, arcade games, and sports betting. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 4jlph platform and close your account.

02 Eligibility

To register for and use a 4jlph account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced by 4jlph.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gaming is legal under the laws applicable to you.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by 4jlph or any regulatory body, including PAGCOR.
• Account Uniqueness: You may hold only one (1) registered account on 4jlph. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and immediate termination.
• Identity: You must register using your own legal identity. Creating an account under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing materially inaccurate registration information is prohibited.

4jlph reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 4jlph services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 4jlph login credentials. You agree to notify 4jlph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 4jlph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

• Each natural person may register only one 4jlph account. Accounts registered to the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts at 4jlph's discretion.
• Account sharing — providing access to your account to any third party — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• 4jlph reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at registration or at any subsequent point, including prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee or closure, subject to applicable Philippine law.

04 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 4jlph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 4jlph supports deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100.
• Processing Time: Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 4jlph wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet may take up to one (1) business hour.
• Deposit Fees: 4jlph does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 4jlph bears no responsibility.
• Funding Source: All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• AML Compliance: 4jlph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Deposits that trigger AML review thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures before being credited.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available (non-bonus) funds from their 4jlph wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out herein. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, consistent with our anti-money laundering obligations.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on a business day are typically processed within the same calendar day. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally credited within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) hours.
• Verification Requirement: 4jlph reserves the right to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not yet verified their account may experience delays until verification is complete.
• Bonus Conditions: Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable rollover (wagering) requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-locked funds will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply. These limits are communicated within your 4jlph account dashboard and may vary based on account VIP tier.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

4jlph offers various promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, certain slots, and sports bets may contribute at rates less than 100%. Contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: 4jlph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated play, low-risk betting strategies to satisfy rollover requirements, or use of multiple accounts.
• Withdrawal of Deposit: If a player withdraws their deposited funds before satisfying bonus wagering requirements, the platform reserves the right to deduct the bonus balance and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 4jlph platform are governed by the specific rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface, and by the rules of the relevant game provider. In the event of any conflict between provider rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• Bets once confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game round, 4jlph will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the round outcome from server-side logs. The platform's determination of the outcome shall be final.
• 4jlph uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all non-live games. Live casino games use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are not controlled or manipulated by 4jlph.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These are displayed within the game interface and may vary by game, provider, and player account tier.
• Sports bets placed on events where the outcome is already known, or where the odds were clearly displayed in error, may be voided at 4jlph's discretion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4jlph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any 4jlph game or system.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using 4jlph as a vehicle.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 4jlph platform.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any subsequent interaction with 4jlph.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 4jlph staff, live dealers, or other players via any platform communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

4jlph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps at any time from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations. 4jlph will notify players when their session limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may suspend access to their account for a defined cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from 4jlph at any time. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of the request.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable regular on-screen reminders displaying time elapsed and net gaming activity for the current session.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

4jlph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.

4jlph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect the transmission and storage of player data. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from 4jlph's operational funds, in compliance with applicable Philippine financial regulations.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 4jlph platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of 4jlph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 4jlph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of 4jlph content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 4jlph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 4jlph platform.

4jlph makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 4jlph's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13 Account Termination

Players may request closure of their 4jlph account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any eligible remaining balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4jlph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the player is under the age of 21.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player or a regulatory authority.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

In cases of termination due to fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, 4jlph reserves the right to withhold all balances and winnings pending investigation. The outcome of such investigation shall be final and binding.

14 Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 4jlph account or gaming experience, you should first contact 4jlph customer support via live chat. The support team will acknowledge your complaint and endeavour to resolve it within five (5) business days.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 4jlph support, players may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in their jurisdiction. 4jlph will cooperate fully with any legitimate regulatory inquiry or investigation.

For disputes arising in relation to the outcome of a specific game round, 4jlph will review server-side game logs, which constitute the authoritative record of all game activity. The result determined from these logs is final.

15 Amendments to These Terms

4jlph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, as required by changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, or operational necessity. Material changes will be communicated to players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the 4jlph platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall limit 4jlph's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

4jlph operates within the framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
